Colors fit the criteria however the colors of red and green are bathed in the harsh light of the early afternoon sun. A very late afternoon or early evening shot would have bathed the subjects in a "warm" light and brought out some warm rich tones not to mention possibly eliminate that shadow cast by the flower onto the green leaf.

This seems way over saturated and overexposed. The focus could use a tad of work as well. It does suit the challenge, but the overall effectiveness gets lost with the other things missing.

This meets the challenge to the letter, but for me, it doesn't have enough interest - maybe if more of the ref's body, especially arms, were showing it would help. Crisp and clear image, though.
