Getting a nice candid capture with many people is easier said than done. You did a good job here. Lighting is OK. No exceptionally over or under exposed areas. Meets challenge well.

A little soft for my tastes plus some of the football players heads are lined up with the ROTC kids heads givihg a blending together look (especially the 2nd girl and 3rd girl from the left....looks like the players head is their hair poofing up) whereas if you would have stepped to the right or left a step or two this could have been avoided.

The reds are really blown out to the point where there is no detail on the rear petal. You do meet the challenge though
