Artistically lousy, and I'm sure you know that. High ISO grain, background clutter, etc. However, this needs to be evaluated as what it is, sports photography. What this is is a very good capture of a moment that cannot be repeated. It would look just fine printed in a newspaper. Gets an 8 from me for what you accomplished. I expect you will get creamed by others, however.

When I see the United States Flag. it conveys to me what the flag represents. I can hear the words of our National Anthem, God Bless America, and many more sounds associated with the flag. The flag is not respected now as it was during WWII. Citizens do not stand up when the flag passes by. They do not put their hands over their hearts during the playing of the National Anthem. God Bless America

Good clean/crisp photo with nice colors and details. I guess for the sound part, you were going for the flags flapping in the breeze. Not a very strong correlation there, in my humble opinion.

When I look at this I don't hear the anthem; I hear the flags flapping in the wind! Good work! Nice and sharp; and the colors were captured perfectly.

Very patriotic looking but I don't know too many american songs. I do love the sound of waving flags but I've videotaped them too many times to get the same effect out of a still camera.

This one seemed like a DNMC, at first glance. But the more I look at it, I can imagine the fwapping sounds and the clink of the weights against the poles. You might get hit by the quick voters, though. (not voting right now)
