On the Huntby SunnieeComment by Jutilda: ROFL. His expression is a hoot. I'd crop out the legs and just have the head and upper body. That really made me chuckle. Great focus! |

Ahhhhh... Hot Rock Massageby SunnieeComment by redmoon: it does have zen qualities, this, though the rocks, what with there colour, texture and shininess, d look a bit like a row of poos, which isn't very zen. i do wish the candles were a little bit closer too, i think that would add to the ambience a little bit. 6. |

Elixir of Lifeby SunnieeComment by I Enjoy Ham: greetings from the critique club :)
first off i'de like to congratulate youon a great image. The first thing i thought when i saw this was it accomplishes the task of "gold". Then i saw the flowing ripples and the stopped motion and thought this shot has potential. One thing you should work on with water drops ( i realize they are hard without a macro lens, i use my 17-40 most of the time) is trying to get a more interesting drop. For instance and image like this
also, why so many editing steps, everything seems ok until you used a dragonizer... why? this image in my opinion did not need to be dragonized, when i think of gold i think bright... when you draganize something it adds grain and decreases the "glamour" of it. Also i think you used a little bit too much neatimage, the background looks unreal instead of shallow DOF.
overall an excelent image and well deserving of the score it got :)
if you have any comments or questions don't hesitate to PM or e-mail me.

Ahhhhh... Hot Rock Massageby SunnieeComment by magnus: Great interpretation of zen, but the white things in the background and the towel are distracting. Also the rocks don't seem quite sharp. And last but not least, the skin color looks very unnatural. |
