Good job on the photo, this could have turned out mediocre but I think the composition is good. Hard to avoid, but that light post across the top detracts from the photo. I like the way you captured the movement and the starring of the different lights. You might have angled the camera to use the blurring car lights as the leading line into the tunnel.

Added sharpness works well on lower left of photo. Just an opinion, but I think the photo would be better if stoplight and streetlight were cropped out.

This shot is halfway between being long shutter speed and having nice lights moev across the pic or stopping the action as it goes by. it isn't strong enough either way.
