Not that I include titles in my voting, but you choosed a rather poor one for this beautiful photo. To me the squirrel is obviously making up his mind what to do next.
As long as I can make out if a decision is in progress or already being made, the photo meets the challenge to my opinion. I'll give you an 8. Really enjoyed your photo.

I don't feel that the image conveys instantly recognizable decision. The title gives the idea, but the photo doesn't. Nice pic, cute squirrel. Extra points.
