Can't tell if that shadow is the model, but it is a bit distracting. The hair could be hit with a hairlight to bring it out a little more and get the detail to show.

This is a really good portrait. The pose and the expression are flattering and look natural and relaxed, the skin tones are perfect, and the red accents add appeal. The only problem is the light areas (the large one behind the model's head and the smaller ones elsewhere in the background). They definitely draw the eye away from the model. That's a real pity, because with a less obtrusive background, this portrait would be really excellent.
