you missed the bottom left corner on rotating, and the rotation is out anyway, did you use the perspective tool perchance? because the lines are a bit divergent.

Thank you for your comment. You are correct about the picture being posed.
This young boy had been begging on the street in traffic. We had met before, so when I took out my camera, he smiled and posed for the shot.

I think the lighting and everything else BUT the subject is excellent but the subject looks SO stiff and SO aware of the camera and SO posing ... It does NOT look candid to me, even if it was.

You've captured an interesting expression and the idea for this image is a good one. However, there seems to be a bit of a greenish cast to the photo and I am bothered a bit by the lack of any catchlight in the front youngster's eyes.
