What a great shot - I really like this and I neer knew that Kirby went to AFC classes (Acting For Canines) but that trademark whimsical look - I would recognise it anywhere . .

This strikes me deep. I think because of the lighting and the pose. A strong sense of reflection and contemplation is conveyed quite well here. One thing you might want to think about is cropping off some more on the right because I think the pose makes your head look awkward or has an abnormal shape. Unless your head really is shaped this way and I've just insulted you :P
