calculating the length of the light streaks on the corner, combined with the light streak near the centre of the image, and factoring in the distance the house is from the road you were travelling on, divided by the amount of time of the drive-by; also factoring in the lens and the amount of light available, i'd say you have pretty decent stability (assuming you held it by hand)

(of course i lamely made it all up, but that's what crossed my mind when i looked at the pic and your description, hehe)
