Thanks for the comments and, as a number of people realized, I don't speak German (at least not well nor since high school). I just liked the German word for apple (Apfel) and the title just kinda took on a life of its own. Believe me, I got a great deal of personal amusement coming up with the title. After voting started, I realized that "wohnen" (to dwell) was not the word I was thinking of, but I was thinking of "weissen" (to know). I even got the umlaut wrong. Sigh.

Some distracting elements in the background and an errant shadow on the bottom detract from this. For this type of shot (and I do think it is a good idea), a closer macro focus on the plant and slightly stronger backlighting might make it more interesting. Also, compositionally the split down the center is a little unappealing. Keep trying though.

Uh... wat are you trying to say? If I translate this into English I get:
"This is my apple. Yes, I dwell. [It'st] a [green] apple.
(dwell=wohnen -> ich wohne. but "wöhne"?? Ich wöhne mich daran = I'm getting used to it. Also, green = grün, but a green apple = ein grüner Apfel.
I recommend not using internet translators anymore, even more so as the title doesn't add anything to your image.
