I think this turned out really nicely. I love the detail, and the tonal range is excellent. The burn to black around the edges brings the focus inward toward the eyes.

I hated hall duty as well. When I taught at the elementary level, I was an itinerent at 5 different schools so I escaped all of them. At the high school I taught at (alternative -- ALL students were high risk behaviors), we all had all duties all the time: cafeteria/bus/hall.

Great shot. I really like the high key feeling to this.
