Nice try, I like the bacground and the subject matter, but the reflections are just killing this image. When you try to shoot a reflecting object, keep light off of everything surrounding it. It's what you don't light that is more important than what you do light.

the relections let a good photo down. You need to take quite a bit of time to make sure of all the reflections. Got caught with this myself in the Jewerly challenge. Good luck

Even with your title, which is still very ambiguous, i'm not sure if you were going for the fact that some people are living in a fantasy world of fear...or not meeting the challenge and showing what should be fantasy is indeed reality. I'd like to think the latter. nice work. processing seems a bit harsh, and focus seems a bit soft, but could work to fit the theme, especially the way the eyes have turned out-9

Going through and commenting on all my 5 votes, as I find this type of photo usually receives the least amount.

A few areas that make this a 5 photo for me. Poor focus, lighting is far too harsh (waiting for an overcast day, or later in the evening, or earlier in the morning to shoot is good advice), and clarity is really lacking.
