Yes, the building and the bench are wooden, the light is interesting as well, coming in the window. Think about composition when you're out...look through the camera, see the image as it will appear on a print or on the computer screen. Look left, right, etc... It seems like an interesting place though...but like I said, think about composition.

I really like the choice of black and white to show the grain of the wood. I love the character of the statue. I wish you had pulled out a little further to show the outline of his whole head. Nice work overall. 8.

Not an easy sport to capture in spirit, but you did it with this shot! Nice to see a bowling shot with this much impact without including a bowler in a hand-up, follow-through position. Very creative and perfectly timed. One of my top 10 favorites of this week's open challenge.
