Low resolution will cause this one some problems. Maybe try upping the jpg quality settings until you get it as high as possible without going over the 150k limit.

Thanks for the comments, people.

The glare I realised (unsurprisingly, it takes a lot away I think) and actually sat down and edited it out before seeing there was no spot-editing allowed in the challenge, so sent in the unedited copy. I spent a fair while trying to get a good crop, but unfortunately this was about the best I could do.

Was a fun picture to take though! So that's a good thing! :)

nice idea but the lighting does not quite work , the gleam is too noticeable under the cat and the image appears a bit too dull overall
