This shot has a lot of noise in it which does not work for this shot. I do not see the need to bump up the ISO when it appears that it was a bright sunny day. Not sure what is happening on the left side of the shot also. 3

The composition includes so many distracting elements and the main subject (the phone) looks out of focus. I would suggest simplifying the shot to just the telephone and maybe a little space around it on one side or the other for an off-centered composition.

looks very much like a snapshot to me. Basic rule of composition - if it does not add to the picture, leave it out. - the entire background is distracting, and the thing on the left looks -almost like a car mirror-needs cropped out. Go in tighter next time, perhaps a different angle and the phone itself is about a stop underexposed.
