The birth of.....by psychephylaxComment by HBunch: Not having a particular religious preference, I wasn't aware what the things on top of the testament were. I thought they were carrots, or strange roots. It wasn't until after I asked someone that they told me they were candles. I wish we could see the entire charm on the end of the chain. The lighting is very good. The reference to something new is clear (however the testament it's self is really old) I do like the angle, but think it should be a little wider to show more detail. Good luck in the challenge. |

The birth of.....by psychephylaxComment by Gracious: YES! This represents a lot to me. New LIFE above all. I love the idea here. Now on to the criticism....what is the chain all about? I can't really make out the (cross?) Knowing the subject of the NT I'd guess it's a cross but that should be clearer. I have no idea at all what that other thing on the NT is. Plastic carrots?? Oh wait...hubby came in and said they are candles...probably. LOL...Whatever it is, it adds no virtue to this picture and should have been removed. I do like the lighting of your image. My suggestions would be: 1-remove the candles, and 2-put the cross in a position where it can be clearly recognized, so it will strongly support the concept. |

The birth of.....by psychephylaxComment by tee tah: An interesting representation on "new"... I'm not sure what the items on the bible at the top right are. The fuzziness of the top left is a bit distracting, but overall, I liked it. |
