I've been pondering getting a shot looking down a Pelican's beak while it had it open for food. Got a fright when I seen this one. You've done an awesome job. Well done. ps. I like the Pelicans too, we have a fair few Australian one's around here.

Thanks for all the great comments! I love to photograph birds and especially pelicans! They are one of my favorite birds as they are both beautiful and somewhat cumbersome in their appearance. This was a last hour entry, as my computer crashed and I almost missed the deadline. As with most of my wildlife shots, this was a lucky capture. We arrived at feeding time for them and this one bird, in particular was a great fisherman!
