passengerby CheetahComment by floyd: Wow this is a fantastic subject. I love the odd angle too - that tells us something about what's going on outside the picture. Great light and concept. Perhaps I'd have pushed the colour up just a tiny bit. Great shot. |

passengerby CheetahComment by MaYz: Great shot. Nice detail and DOF. This passenger car is a good subject for old. The only thing I might change is maybe tilting the image a few degrees. |

passengerby CheetahComment by mjcecil: Excellent subject. My inclination is to right the camera relative to the first doorway, and let the rear one be off-kilter, rather than the opposite. |

passengerby CheetahComment by waltoml: Very nice. Focus looks good. Lighting looks good. Subject matter is good. I'm sure you meant for the picture to be a bit crooked (Or is it the car that's crooked?) 8 |

passengerby CheetahComment by Agamemnon: Somehow I expect you might recieve some comments on how the picture is flawed because it is not strait... however this is not one them. My only comments (besides likeing it) are recommended spot edits which you would not have been able to do for the challenge. The first was is the light coming through the ceiling in the upper left- it seems to have a slight tint likely caused by the camera that you may wish to remove. You may also want to look at the frame on the sides you used and see if you can clear it up slightly perhaps just sharpen it once. --9 Agamemnon |

passengerby CheetahComment by focus: I have looked at this picture at least a half dozen times. I rated it right away, but over the past two days I kept telling myself, "I must say SOMETHING about this picture." Problem is, I wanted my comment to be well-thought-out. So, here goes: Light & color (in my opinion) are a photographer's best friends. Your use of light to catch the fading color of this very old passenger car (train) shows you know your friends very well. |

passengerby CheetahComment by courtenay27: This is cool. Everything has that faded, washed out look. Framing it at an angle helps so it doesn't have a pristine feel which wouldn't really fit something this aged. I'm wondering, though, if it might have a more dramatic feel if shot vertically instead of horizontally. |
