This looks like a great subject. The path in the backgorund is distracting. I would suggest either getting very low so it is not in the shot or moving so that it becomes a leading line to the main subject. The time of day did not do you any favours, early or late would have provided better shadows and a warmer light. I still like the shot, these two items would make it much better. You might want to try and do a reshoot and see what you come up with.

The railing seems to be the sharpest part of the image, and the DOF is so shallow that the woman is rather blurry.
