Goldby floydComment by karmat: I like the bright colors of this. Took me jsut a minute, but i realize that you split a pencil in two. Impressive. karmat |

Goldby floydComment by HBunch: Definately original. Great colors. I like how it's not centered, but closer to the bottom right corner. The angle is great and so is the lighting. I like the use of blue pencils instead of yellow here. Yellow would have blend in to much and the blue stands out nicely. In a hypothetical situation, With the precision of the "arrow" though, I don't think there would be so many stray shots in target. However, that doesn't mean that someone else wasn't practicing there as well. :) Good job and good luck in the challenge. |

Goldby floydComment by mcrochip: Take an old type of shot (seen stuff like this in movies with darts) and make it new again with pencils. I like the concept, the colors, and the shadows are good. |

Goldby floydComment by Edward Main: This is great! I had a similar idea using a dart board. Yours turned out much better! |

Goldby floydComment by Swashbuckler: This is a great idea, well photographed and my only ten for the week. That said, you cheated! The "split" pencil didn't rip the paper out when the new one landed. (See detail of the left half of the pencel, where it meets the target) Smile, Swash |

Goldby floydComment by decoteau: This is really great. The eraser on the pencil looks just a touch out of focus. Otherwise, the colors and concept are both wonderful. |

Goldby floydComment by Kavey: Very original, love that I can see the lead in the "arrow" which has been split by the second shot. The colours are great, and generally the composition is good, but I find myself wanting to move my head up, down and around in search of a slightly (but not hugely) different one. 5, Kavey |
