If taken literally, I don't know that I would consider this "light" colors on white, but it is an exquisite set up and photo. If you do any less well than you expect, I think it would be due to that perhaps. For me, a 9.

the green is a bit dark and vivid, but this is a good photo. A bit more cropping would have done well to rid of the open space to the left.

My evaluation method of this challenge is as follows:
1. Did you catch my eye while I was driving by? Oh Yes!
2. If I didn't catch the text while I was driving, did you intrigue me enough to look for this billboard again? Definately!
3. Did you sell your stuff to me? Yes, yes and yes!!
4. Extra thoughts: Wonderful, funny, will make me smile on my way to work even on a sunday morning (In case you were wondering, my working week begins on Sunday...)
So simple, so powerful and was validated. (what for actually?)
Nothing less then a perfect 10.

Seems a little oversharpened to me. This would look great with a soft focus to it. Also the lighting is a little harsh IMO.
