By far the best picture in this challenge. One suggestion might be to keep the contact lens in focus, but i think it is still a great picture.

great eye shot! nice and clear, love the color treatment. flawless composition. the eye demands so much of my attention in this picture, that i question its submission for this particular challenge (because i'm interpreting your transparant focus as the contact lens, which really just disappears against the amazing image of that eye.). absolutely gorgeous photo.

The fingernail is a bit washed out and the contact lens a bit hard to see, but the rest of the shot, composition and color all make up for it! 8.
