the tonal range in this image looks kinda flat, there could be more contrast to it. Dropping down a little lower might have gotten rid of most of the visible road in the backround.

Maybe in the next iceage? ;^) Subject is a little dull. Nothing personal, just don't find the image that interesting to look at. I like your choice to use a sepia tone. That helped to minimize the background. Good luck in the challenge.

Wow, that really is an intense orange! I think the focus is a bit off here though, it seems to be at the top left of the image, but all the petals to the front are a bit out of focus, which in this case doesn't work all that well. I also think it might work better to not have the centre of the flower right down in the middle of the picture, but more a bit down and to one side. Something to try :) (5)

This feels a little underexposed. The lighting is pretty, but it makes it tough to find something that's truly in focus. The color is great though!
