I can't tell what feels off center, but something does. Maybe because the statue is not quite in the middle, but not really off to the side, either.

This scene doesn't meet the classical definition of minimalism, but it does meet the contest definition, so no points deducted for that. I like this scene a lot, as it's the only one so far that makes a statement, though there are a number of ways to interpret having the people that should be the recipient of freedom out of focus, but the word for freedom highlighted.
