Graeagle, CAby bryanbrazilComment by snackwells: Stunning vista, captured in wonderful detail especially considering it came out of the DC290...was never able to get this clarity and detail out of mine. |

Eagle Fallsby bryanbrazilComment by bassbone: Nice job on the falls - the water if very attractive and well captures. BUT, the snow seems blown out it places and this takes it down a little |

Eagle Fallsby bryanbrazilComment by bnilesh: Nice location & capture but bacground is definately distracting. May be tighter cropping worked here. |

Eagle Fallsby bryanbrazilComment by Citadel: Not really sure if this qualifies as a centered composition as your subject goes diagonally across the frame of the shot. I still like it however for its artistic appeal |

Symmetryby bryanbrazilComment by bryanbrazil: Thanks! El Capitan is located just right of the frame. I stacked a couple of graduated neutral density filters to keep the real and the reflected properly exposed.
Originally posted by glad2badad: Absolutely beautiful! I'm in awe (and a bit jealous I have to admit). Great timing on the lighting for this. It's funny how those reflections work when the angle and height of the camera can really alter what's reflected (i.e. - the height of the tree in the bottom right reflection appears taller than the background mountain, but not the "right side-up" part of it). I also like how you've maintained the deep blue in both the top and bottom sections of this image. Anyway, well done and congratulations in advance on what should be a fine score. :D |
