I like the shot, but I'm wondering what is hte main object of it - the bridge in the background or the pier in the midground. I think you could have dropped the bottom part out for a stronger image (or vice versa).

I like your idea, he goes well with the challenge. I think the photo would be more effective if you switch your viewpoint. The position of your camera to clear the motorcycles were almost completely in line. It would look better if all that could be seen, was a line of helmets and windshields.

Very nice detail...man they keep those bikes clean! I'm giving you a 10 for many reasons. First your photo is sharp and crisp. The lighting is soft and the reflections on the visors are pretty, and the image conveys the feeling of a heavier police force due to the times in which we are living. I think you met the challenge perfectly! Perfect title, too.
