I really like this time-lapsed shot, but the emphasis should be the center of the swirl of stars. It would look better if the center was at the intersection of the rule of thirds lines.

I really like the shadows and star trails, but I do not see this as conforming to the rule of thirds as they focal point on the horizontal is more central.

This may be only my personal tastes, but the colors here are a bit too much. I think this would look better if the levels and saturation were brought down a couple notches, and the Cyan in the waterfalls were toned dopwn a bit.
This is pretty easy to do in selective color adjustments.
