Extreme Dynamic Rangeby bryanbrazilComment by klstover: The image seems a bit muddy overall. Maybe that is what you were going for, though. In every other way this shot makes me go "ooooh wow". The hills blend into the clouds so wonderfully, and the rays of light just seem devine. |

Extreme Dynamic Rangeby bryanbrazilComment by ElGordo: Seems the opposite to me, somewhat compressed dynamic range. Indeed, the histogram data does not effectively fill the range and cuts off at both ends, especially the the high end. Perhaps the result is what you intended, but it seems lacking in contrast to me. The shot is quite compelling and beautiful when the histogram is adjusted. |
