The most disturbing photo of the challenge. You have captured and transmitted the emotional agony of the animal and the emotional agony we should feel over the senseless slaughter of animals. The photo is very busy. However, the chaotic busy-ness of it contributes to the sense of chaos so I guess it works in this case. There are some jpeg artifacts but it is probably due to the busy-ness and the failure of jpeg to compress a busy image very well. Congratulations on a great photo.

Definately eye-catching, but poorly framed. A tighter focus might have eliminated some of the clutter from the debris on the ground, and followed the challenge more closely.

I think I'd would have liked to have seen more contrast - the colours appear a tad washed out - the colour deepened a bit. This is a striking photo.
