LIGHTING AND COLOR: I dont see under- or over-ex areas in the photo which makes it appealing to the eye. Nothing to say about the color either, it look fine by me.

FOCUS: Everthing is in focus.

COMPOSITION: 1st off I would've loved to see him "work" instead of just standing there "not working". He looks more like a spectator. For this reason I don't think it quite meets the challenge. I also a gree with what Mavrik says... my eye 1st focuses on the man them it searches where to go.... maybe having him closer to the fence and catle would solve this problem.

finally a title that's not so obvious it hurts. don't love thelighting in this. looks like you used a natural source behind the pic, which causes all kinds of flares on the brush and anything silver. a flash with a diffuser or a reflected studio light would help. I like the setup though.

A very good concept, but a very cluttered picture... 3 combs and a load of clips may be a bit too much here. The brush adds a nice change in colour and the textures come out really well. Good luck.
