	Excellent starter home w/acreage...needs a little work. Reduced to $200.000 by camelotnorth Comment by melismatica: Nice try. It doesn't really say 'advertisement' to me. Photographically, it's a bit too contrasty. The building has potential for interesting subject matter but this is a very literal portrayal. The overhead lighting and the scrubby trees in the background detract from any drama this might have.
