The setup suggests a story behind the the picture, with overexposing the picture frame on the left leaving the viewer to wonder. However the eyes are quickly drawn towards to the lamp in the reflection of the window and the ghost is quickly forgotten.

I would've made the ghost just a little bit more exposed. The photograph on the table is burned out. Looks like a little less light and a little more exposure time would've made this shot much better. Good Luck - Inspzil

Tried to do the same thing for this challenge using a laser instead of a flashlight. Yours has worked out much better than my experiments did.
