Thank you all for the kind feedback. This was outside my comfort zone - self portrait, intimate, close crop. I had a vision, got my love to play along, and only shot two frames because I was feeling self conscious about the whole thing. I was surprised and delighted to actually get a shot I liked and it’s only enhanced by the positive response from the community. I’m definitely feeling encouraged to take risks and play around like this more.
