Beautiful light cast on the face. You really get a beautiful candidness working with your model (your sister?). I don't know how intentionally this was done, but you also put a terrific composition within the frame with how the lines and angles of her body move across your vision.

Kat - this, for me, is pro quality. The coloration and tones are simply perfect and the emotion conveyed through the face and body are wonderful. Her hairline alomost forms a heart, also. The piercing gaze of her eyes are amazing. You really nailed it on this one.

I don't know if this is to comment! :) But i'll comment.
I think the eyes should stick out more, it seems you have bright eyes and that makes it really nice with the contrast of the hair, If i'm wrong sorry. But i still think the eyes should have less shadow.
Besides that everything looks good. Nice portrait.

I like the photo but it does not seem like her hair is being blown by wind, it seems like it is styled that way for the photo. I don't see the motion of wind in the photo.
