I didn't comment on this image during the challenge because I thought it would score much higher and receive a lot of positive feedback. This is an image I would be very happy to call one of my own. You took a very stationary object and presented its character in a very dynamic manner. The lighting is perfect and provides a definite focal point imho. I gave this a 9.

You did a nice job balancing the exposure between the building and the sky. I think your score is going to suffer a little because of all of the buildings entered in this challenge. You might want to play around with USM to see if you can get the details in the building to pop a little more. If you have USM available in your software, try Radius 50, Amount 20%, and Threshold 0 and see what it does. You may need to adjust the brightness afterwards.

The three windows on the bottom right seem out of place with all the blue ones. I want to look at all the architectural details accented by that nice blue, but those bottom windows pull my eyes back down.
