O Canadaby JackoComment by Gracechild7: I would have tried different angles on the bottles to make it more visually interesting, but still, you get a laugh out of me. |

O Canadaby JackoComment by ursula: Like the colours, like the beer (although I prefer Canadian or Rickard\'s Red). One nitpicky comment, I think a bit or extra space between \"O\" and \"Canada!\" would be better. Also, the pictures need to be aligned a bit more carefully. |

O Canadaby JackoComment by BigSmiles: Oh Canada?! with labatt blue and molson export?!?! Where's the MOLSON CANADIAN?! If you were to print this out I"d suggest making the white boxes even (it's just a small nitpick) and your Moosehead bottle looks like it's tilted. Great idea.. I was just thinking to myself.. we sure dont see much beer on DPC... |

COMPOSITION
I really like the diagonal lines, and the different angles the lines have in this shot. The eyes have something to follow. Normally, I think shots like this are too busy, but this one actually has a reason for being so, and I think that makes it particularly effective.
TECHNIQUE
The focus works here, I think, though it may have been interesting to see what effect a deeper depth of field would do. The colors are wonderful, and I like how the skittle is just hanging out! Like I pointed out previously, the lighting does seem a little harsh to me, but at least it is uniform across the candy. Also, I am not sure what you can do to prevent that, other than using a diffuser or bouncing light off of something.
OVERALL EFFECT
This shot is very interesting, and met the challenge in a creative way. Good work, and best to you in future challenges.

Majesticby JackoComment by inspzil: Need more contrast in the sky to really capture the full effect of this majestic bird, especially with the head being so white. Great capture though. |

Majesticby JackoComment by Dim7: Great shot of a great bird but lose points for animal in captivity! I love to see these in the wild, around here I only see one or two a year but out east there are lots. |

Majesticby JackoComment by tomzinho: nicely done, although the rail in the background distracts and i wish there could have been more contrast between the head and the background. good focus and detail, however. |
