Technical: fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus lighting all excellent.

Personal: ugh.... this givem me the creeps! I don't want to know what flies look like up close! But it's definitely an excellent shot. I'll be interested to know what equipment you shot this with- I don't think I could get a shot like this with my camera!

Unique and simple capture with a strong graphic appeal and good composition. Also the most imaginative of the setup shots entered in this challenge, IMO.
The border is a little ostentatious for such a minimal shot, perhaps.
