Wow, it really does look light daylight! I think this image struggles with the horizon line. It's not obeying the rule of thirds, nor is it dissecting the image in half. I think that it would have been a stronger composition if there had been more ground included and less sky, but being a star challenge, I can see why you chose to do it this way. I think voters would have forgiven you for including less of the stars.
