Very interesting photo. I could look at it for long time, looking at every individual. I also think the yellow fence really gives this a nice visual appeal.
I wish the left guy was also facing to the right like the other two, to complete the symmetry. On the other hand, that I might make the photo seem staged...so maybe not.
