Nice composition, great expression and good depth of field control. Maybe the face needs a touch more light on the right hand side or possibly the lightest fill-in flash to get the highlight in the eyes and to bring the dress forward in the picture. My main concern is that given the challange subject, the child is most important element of this photo and the fence is somewhat secondary.
