Far too much processing here makes the kids skin look very plasticy. I will up you a point or two for doing what a lot of people here forgot to do and that is crop in nice and tight, you did a good job here and managed to omit most of the distracting background. Overall this deserves a 6 - I'd expect this to finish around the mid-table mark.

These are great kids. Love the faces. But the lighting just doesn't show them off. The white pants and shoes appear to be blown out. grouping isn't creative or working to bring out these kids wonderful faces. keep working on getting a good portrait.
