1. Did you catch my eye while I was driving by? Yes.
2. If I didn't catch the text while I was driving, did you intrigue me enough to look for this billboard again? Yes.
3. Did you sell your stuff to me? Eummm... what exactly are you selling?
4. Extra thoughts: The photo is cure and funny but I have no idea what you are trying to sell.
Don't forget that people in the street do not have the time nor do they have the will to stay and think about your idea. A billboard should be very clear in it's message. Or, if it is just a teaser, it should make me wonder what's coming next.
In this photo, the message is not clear to me and the dog is too relaxed to make me wonder what's coming next.
Also your lighting (or white balance?) needs to be reviewd.
IMO your billboard did not serve it's purpose, but I will give you a 6 for a funny photo.
