The water is beautiful, but the fuzziness on the rest of the image is really distracting. Especially on the trees on the right- it kind of makes my eyes hurt.

Composition seems weak. Maybe not. Nice bokeh and color. Great contrast.

Try experimenting with the composition. Something about it make me feel uneasy.

I'm not feeling the postprocessing on this one. Pink tones and attempt at soft focus detract heavily from this image.
