Something about this picture is bothering me but I can't put my hands on it. It almost looks as if he is sitting in front of a large picture [backdrop/wallpaper or something]. Nice lighting and color of foreground subject and nice POV. Great job!

The bench seems to be tilting to the left (this wouldn't bother me as much, but it is the only solid horizontal line in this shot). Excellent lighting and composition. Maybe a little higher angle could have got his hair below the hill ridge line, or a little lower angle would have pushed the hair alll the way through, right now seems like the two lines are conflicting sortof. 8

Reurning to look at it again. The person could surely be sharper, however, looking at this picture as a whole it portrais a feeling of reflection, a needed moment of being alone and that makes this pic very good. The colors are beautiful, the composition actually great... Lot more appeal than the original score, bumping up to 9.
