A Growing Bandby KeysComment by Keys: hi,
yeah well the diversity of the votes suggests that, but im still happy with the shot, just a shame it did so badly, but thats the peoples choice.
thanks for the comment tho, its nice to hear comments like that |

A Growing Bandby KeysComment by GoldBerry: I'm honestly shocked this photo did so poorly...I realize it doesn't shout 'poverty' like alot the shots..but the idea of the starving-artist isn't new or complex. I thought it would've been obvious.
Anyway, still a great photo. |

A Growing Bandby KeysComment by GoldBerry: Nice shot - love the motion blur and the position of the band. I know a few starving artists, so I give this a 7. |

A Growing Bandby KeysComment by Skip: while i get your idea, and understand the plight of a new band, this image would probably have been more effective in the music challenge than in representing what poverty means to you (at least in terms of what you want to convey to the viewing audience...). as far as the image goes, it does have a certain vitality to it, but i would either include all of the orange dude, or crop him out completely. also, the red object to the left is a distraction. keep in mind, this is a challenge site, and images where all the elements tie together will score higher. |

A Growing Bandby KeysComment by docpjv: love your pic, poverty really assumed only by a push. would have done great in the current music competition. |

A Growing Bandby KeysComment by Kylie: Interesting concept, but too blurry and ill-composed for me, and I would consider real poverty as "not" a choice. |
