It is amazing the shapes that one can find in these type of images.
This is a genre which has been quite overworked, yet you managed to add that new twist. It requires the viewer to really look because many will dismiss it as another droplet study.

You did very good because you did create a psychedelic effect with the colors. Also the composition is pleasing. I mean the eyes keep coming back to the droplet where it finds safety. The image has an effervercent feel and one can almost feel the gyrations of the movement.

There is nothing I can say to improve on it, except to congratulate you and to try other variations on different concepts. You work here is admirable. Such applications hone your senses and often give birth to new creations.

Technically superb. Has emotional appeal also. I like the simplicity of this photo, the use of black and white, in actual color. Like how you focused on the kitten. Out of sight lighting! I think it fits the challenge theme. Anyone that gets a great photo like this using a cat as a model, gets a ten from me!

I think this is cute and quite clear, but I voted it lower because I don't really feel that it meets the challenge parameters. I'm not sure putting a cute kitten in a chinese takeout box qualifies him as food...
