This is so beautiful! I don't know what to say without sounding all gushy -- but I love the model. The genuine look of maternal anticipation on her face. The lighting. I bet she absolutely cherishes this photo. I sure would!

I love the low key. Your lighting is brilliant, but I really don't like the amount of negative space for this particular composition. It begs to be framed tighter to show of more of the fantastic textures in skin and hair, and to give us a more connected feel to her pregnancy and the emotion she feels.
