This is a great photo and a wonderful scene. I think that in your composition, you somehow managed to include too much...most viewers are going to be a bit confused by the whole thing. For example, there is just no overall flow to the photo.

The water does draw me into the photo pleasantly, and the touch of yellow is really nice for some 'pop'...the repetitive shape on the bridge is also something I'd look to capitalize on if you can score another trip to this place. The fog rolling in (or out) is also a nice touch. Like I said, wonderful scene.
