Has a sense of the Andreas Gursky about it - not least in its quality of exposure. Strong compositionally - except perhaps the erraticness of the final horizon, which breaks the parallels quite strongly.

Looks like a reflection off foil. Nice in an abstract way, but not good for this rain challenge, IMO.

oh, this is cool - I hope it does well, but my guess is... but I love it, great vision to see this for the challenge - pushing the brightness with curves to keep the sky but brighten everything else would be fun to see -
